My Story
While on a trip to Inlet, NY in the ADK's my father and I were able to dodge the rain drops and cast a few lines. I had on my trusty Gold Aglia- it was fresh out of the lip of a nice 4 1/2lb Bucketmouth caught just minutes before, we were casting along the reeds. I changed up and worked the middle of the creek and this pike hammered the spinner. It put up a decent fight, breaking water a couple times before she was in the boat. 26 inches, with no leader. I caught her on 6lb test 100% pro. grade fluoro. this stuff is great, and the refractive index is so low- its practically invisible in the water......Not 10 min. later my dad landed another Northern a little smaller than mine. MEPPS- keep up the good work!!
