My Story
I was fishing the redds again today as always. Found a jog jam in front of a redd where tons of fish were sitting. Took a good few casts with my Mepps, had 3 hit the spinner but I pulled the hook out everytime somehow. So I finally hook into one get ready to grab it then the hook comes out. I was mad. lol So then I put on one of flies. Then I finally land a nice female. After that the fish were done hitting. So I left and headed home. Well I had about hour left of daylight. So I decided to stop at another spot in hopes of getting a drop back Steelhead. Plus I was not happy until I got a fish today on a Mepps. So I got there took a cast in a deep hole with fast water. Had a few hits. So I kept trying. Then I finally got this fish to slam my Mepps. I got this fish on the swing in a deep hole. Glad I got at least one fish on my Mepps today!
