Lure: 3" Meeny™

David Wendell – Kennebec River/Sebasticook River, Waterville, Maine

Lure: 1" Lil' Bit™

Fish Caught: Bass, Largemouth - Bass, Smallmouth - Bass, Striped - Catfish, Channel

The Lil Bit is one of the best lures you can fish. Sure I've caught bass galore on these, but that's not what I really use these for. These Lil Bits on a small (1/4 to 1/8 Oz.) jig head are LETHAL on Shad! When they show up in mid May it's not unusual to put 30 to 50 fish EACH through the boat! That's a hundred fish in an afternoon. I have the pictures to back this claim up too. What a ball! I can't recommend these highly enough. Pink and Chartreuse are the hot tickets. We buy them in the hundred bags. A great value for the money. PS, we fish these on 10 lb test Power Pro braided line for the feel and hook setting ability. Enjoy!

Josh Fox – Lake Isabella, Michigan

We have been using yellow mister twisters for years, this Memorial Day I caught a sneaky 29" Northern Pike on a little yellow twister, it's just the best lure ever made.

Patrick Olheiser – Lake Ann, Minnesota

Paired with Lethal Weapon swim jig as a trailer best lure out there.

Tim – Pond , Virginia

Lure: 5" FAT Curly Tail®

Fish Caught: Bass, Largemouth

Used the Mister Twister black/chartreuse tail on a circle hook and fished it slowly at first speeding up as it got closer to shore. Caught 9 bass in one night with this bait.

Tim Jackson – Lake Chickamauga, Tennessee

Lure: 3" Meeny™

Fish Caught: Almost Any Species

I was fishing with 3 in Milktruse twisters my friends were not , after several fish they wanted to know if they could use some of my twisters.

Matt Pastell – Trout Lake, California

Lure: 4" & 6" Twister® Tail

Fish Caught: Bass, Largemouth

I chose the 4" Twister Tail grub in the new color smoke with purple flake to fish for largemouth bass early in the season when the water was cool. Opening weekend it was the most productive lure, catching largemouth bass from 12 1/2 to 18 1/2 inches. Now I am really glad that I bought 200 of these grubs. I may not use them all this year, since are very durable, yet remaining soft and pliable.

Laura – Bucks County, Pennsylvania

Lure: 4" & 6" Twister® Tail

Fish Caught: Bass, Largemouth

When I was younger, my brother not only taught me how to fish, but he also gave me some of his fishing gear when he moved out. This included some twister tails. That was about 20 years ago and I am still fishing with those same lures today! They have become my "go to lure" for large mouth bass. Unfortunately, last year, after a pike destroyed one, I was only left with one. They were so old, I was nervous that they wouldn't have them in the same color. I am excited to say, I just order some and they are identical! These lures are the best that I have ever used, and they have never failed me. While I like to keep my tricks and "secret weapons" quiet, I cannot wait to share these little guys!

Joel – Tongue River Resviour , Wyoming

Lure: 2" Teenie™

Fish Caught: Crappie (Black) - Crappie (White) - Walleye

This Mister Twister 2" Teenie Grub in the neon chartreuse flake 101S has been the go to bait when put on a 1/8 oz. horse head with silver spinner, the crappies and walleye hit on this lure time after time, especially crappie in the smaller jig head size. It also works great for jigging this set up.

Evan – Lake Memphormagog L, Quebec , Canada

Lure: 5" FAT Curly Tail®

Fish Caught: Bass, Smallmouth

these work great for spinner bait, swim bait, and jig trailers!

Best curly tail grub I have ever used.

M Zistel – John Day , Oregon

Lure: 3" Meeny™

Fish Caught: Bass, Smallmouth

Went a float trip with several friends. The lure of choice is the Mister Twister 3" curly tail. Hands down the BEST one on the market. I buy them in bulk to supply my friends for the trip as well. We caught the biggest smallmouth we ever have on this trip. When it comes to the Mister Twister 3" Meeny, its often imitated but NEVER duplicated. When it comes to soft plastics I buy Mister Twister for all soft plastics, have for 12+ years and will continue to do so. Thanks for making the best.

Mike Johnson – Pymatuning, Pennsylvania

Lure: 4" & 6" Twister® Tail

Fish Caught: Bass, Largemouth

I used this lure while the bass were spawning i found it to stir them up when it hit their bed and got some nice strikes.I found this to work best when rigged with a heavier jig-head to give it a stronger tail wiggle.

Aaron Williams – Leaf River, Mississippi , Mississippi

Lure: 4" & 6" Twister® Tail

Fish Caught: Bass, Largemouth - Bass, Rock

Spotted bass cannot stand a 4inch smoke or pumpkin Mister Twister twister tail being swept by current!! Swim it, bounce it, twitch it, deep, shallow, doesn't matter! These grubs last, and the action can't be beat! a slow finesse presentation is deadly when the fish are finicky, but when the bite is on, swim it fast and hold on!!! These grubs helped me secure a spot in the 2013 FLW Walmart Bass Fishing League All-American Tournament

Tom – Ocean City, New Jersey

Lure: 4" & 6" Twister® Tail

Fish Caught: Bass, Striped

This started back in the early 70's. We were using buck tails with a white 6" twister as a trailer and caught hundreds of Stripers and Weakfish on this combo. Fast forward to 2013. I have tried many other lures over the years, but still go with this 6" twister. They also produce on their own with a jig head, although a Mylar buck tail with any light color twister trailer seems to be the most productive. BTW, I tried these Texas rigged, weightless at a local freshwater lake and the Largemouth also slam these. I just turned 60 and probably have my greatest fishing memories over the last 40 years using these 6" twisters. Good fishing to all!

Zachary – Chippewa Flowage, Wisconsin

Lure: 3" Meeny™

Fish Caught: Crappie (Black)

When I go to Wisconsin every year I always fish up there. Using the Mister Twister 3" Meeny chartreuse color. Me and my Friends filled up our limit of 50 Crappie in 1 1/2 hours all which were nice sized. These are amazing baits and won't let you down

Tom – Somers Point, New Jersey

Lure: 5" FAT Curly Tail®

Fish Caught: Bass, Largemouth

Best Grub I've found for largemouth. Perfect size and weight. They cast a mile. Lots of action even with a slow retrieve. If the bass are there, these will get them.

Joe – Eastern Indiana, Indiana

Lure: 2" Teenie™

Fish Caught: Almost Any Species

I just starting using the 2" grub a few years ago, and truly had never heard of mister twister brand. Let me tell you this is the best lure I have ever used. I use the plain white on a white jig head and have caught very large crappie, largemouth and smallmouth bass, bluegill, perch, and about anything else a person can think of. I have tried other brands of white curly tails and none of them have proved as affective (or affective at all) as the mister twister. I would recommend this bait as well as other mister twister baits to anyone who really wants to fish and have a good time.

Mark N. Mariani – Allegheny River, Pittsburgh, PA, Pennsylvania

Lure: 4" & 6" Twister® Tail

Fish Caught: Walleye

A guy I was fishing next to was using the Mister Twister Chartreuse Twister tail and catching fish. Other people were also using Mister Twister in the same color. I decided to throw out something different. I used the Chartreuse with the orange core with a black jig head. On my first cast I caught a 26 inch Walleye. It was the biggest one I caught yet. The second cast landed me a Sauger. I don't feel bad buying the $55 dollar kit with almost all the colors now.

Gord – Bay Of Quinte, Ontario , Canada

Lure: 4" & 6" Twister® Tail

Fish Caught: Walleye

Hands down the best lure for the Bay of Quinte walleye. White, Black & solid Yellow !!!!!

Tony Scott – Red Lake, Ontario , Canada

Lure: 4" & 6" Twister® Tail

Fish Caught: Walleye

I use a wire leader now even when fishing Mister Twisters for Walleyes, because Northern Pike find them delicious! We are catching some of our biggest Pike as "incidental" to our Walleye fishing.

Ryan – Lawrenceburg Tn Laurel Hill Lake, Tennessee

Lure: 2" Teenie™

Fish Caught: Bluegill (Bream, Brim)

I've had great luck with your bait I like the price to I get more bites with mister twister than anything

Jim Griffin – Minnesota

Lure: 3" Meeny™

I have been a longtime user of Mister Twister 3-inch Meeny Curly Tails (I have always referred to them as "Twister Tails"). I have purchased these over the years from retail outlets such as Fleet Farm Stores, Bass Pro, Gander Mountain, etc. To keep this short (well, "shorter" anyway), I have always been very impressed with the product, and have caught many, many, many fish of various kinds using them. So much so that in recent years, they have become my "go to" lures. Great Job!!

Recently I had occasion to contact the Mister Twister company itself, looking for a particular Twister Tail color combination that I had not seen in the stores for years.

Today I wish to tell you what a great customer service experience that was, and to encourage you with the end result. My inquiry ended up on the desk of Leisa Carender, and she responded to me not only quickly and effciently but also with personal interest, personality, and charm. On a scale of 1 to 10, her performance was somewhere around a 15. Not only did she find what I was looking for, which was unexpected and would have been fantastic all by itself, but she gave me the extra details that empowered me to accomplish my objectives and encouraged me to consider buying other Mister Twister products as well. She has the unique insight to understand that the fishing experience begins long before a person actually hits the lake and continues years after with stories of fish caught or lost - true and exaggerated. Finding and buying fishing gear is in the same category of "having fun" as the fishing itself - and the actual fishing almost never lives up to the expectations we dream up in our easy chairs. Leisa went the extra mile and combined my online order with my special request item, and BINGO, I had one order with all my products on it. A person like Leisa, with those kinds of insights and interpersonal skills, is a great person to have representing your fishing products.

The end result: based on this experience with your customer service team, in this case Leisa, and the high quality and successful usage of the 3-inch meeny curly tail over the years, I thought "why not?". I set up an account on your website, and proceeded to look at your product line. I found a wide variety of jigheads, a product that I already use (and lose) virtually all the time and ordered a healthy supply of those on the spot - even though I was not in short supply of any of them at the moment. I just wanted to see if the jigheads are of the same superior quality as those classic "twister tails". I am sure I will not be disappointed. Your website was clear, concise and easy to use. I also found a number of other products that I will be trying soon. You have me as a new online customer, and I look forward to a long and mutually beneficial business relationship.

Thank you, Leisa, for a great fishing gear buying experience and acquainting me with the product world at Mister Twister. Congrats to the management of the customer service function at Mister Twister for putting the right people with the right skills in the right positions to effectively represent Mister Twister to the fishing public.

Ive tried many plastics on spinnerbaits and buzzbaits since the early 1980`s. Ive found nothing i like as much as the Mister Twister 6" grub.I`m now using the double tail on swim jigs. Great products.

John Landschoot – WAYLAND, New York

Lure: 1" Lil' Bit™

I've been fishing for 35 of my 40 years. For 20 or more of those years I have used the yellow Mister Twister Lil' Bit 1" for almost any fish fresh water i could find. I've used them while my buddy had 100's of $'s in crank baits and spinners etc.. And out fished him every time. I love Mister Twister so much that my email is derived from the name. Rock bass, small and large mouth bass, crappie, sunfish, blue gill, northern pike, perch, trout, you name it and I've probably caught it on the yellow lil'bit. Add the spinner rig to the head and look out make em' even more aggressive.
