Fishing from shore today the 6–7-inch Bluegills that were present, insisted I go light and small. 2# test and 64th oz. Jigs with Chartreuse or Yellow 1", Lil Bit' Twister tails insured good consistent action. This is not the first time I've experienced this summer scenario and made sure I had the right stuff with me. Gonna have to score more of those 64th oz. and lighter Jig heads and 1" Twister Tails.
