My Story
I decided to do something different. I painted one of my gold Aglia's black with my airbrush since Mepps no longer makes black Aglia's. Then I put a pink decal on the back of the blade. I figured it would be a great color combo since pink has been working good. Took a cast then this fish took the spinner soft. I set the hook hard. This fish put up a great fight. She ran all over the pool. She even went downstream and almost took me down the rapids but I turned her around and got her back in the pool. Then she wrapped me on a small branch. But I got her out of it fast and finally got her in. What a fun Mepps catch. I hope Mepps makes a black Aglia again someday. I'd buy a bunch of them if they did.
