I have had my knife for about 6 years now. It has filleted a very good amount of fish. Just this afternoon filleted nearly 50 big slab crappie. I'm very pleased with the knife. It has worked very well. The only complaint I have is that after about 10 fish I noticed the blades where getting gummed up. My wife bought a mister twister electric knife because i used a friends knife and loved it.
