Two Year Limited Warranty
The Electric Fisherman™ fillet knife is warranted against defects in materials & workmanship for 2 years from the date of original purchase. Mister Twister® reserves the right to repair or replace units that are returned during the warranty period if (a) the unit-is returned prepaid and (b) a dated sales receipt accompanies the merchandise. DO NOT RETURN TO THE STORE. This warranty does not apply to units which show excessive wear, unreasonable or commercial use or damage not resulting from normal, expected use. Use of a blade not sold by Mister Twister® may alter the performance of the Electric Fisherman® & will void the warranty. Any alterations will void the warranty. Non-warranty repairs will be handled for $10.00 per unit. Include your payment with the returned merchandise. Repair service is available up to three years from the date of purchase. I have had my knife for about 6 years now. It has filleted a very good amount of fish. Just this afternoon filleted nearly 50 big slab crappie. I'm very pleased with the knife. It has worked very well. The only complaint I have is that after about 10 fish I noticed the blades where getting gummed up. I recommend this knife to anyone looking for an easy way to fillet a bunch of fish. The make fast work of getting the job done.

My wife bought me the electric fisherman for my birthday 2 years ago and since then it is my go to fillet blade. Its so much faster then a standard fillet blade. I also think it gives back more of a yield of meat then a standard blade. I have also used it to slice the thanksgiving turkey. I have never has an issue and would highly recommend this to anybody.

Just wanted to let anyone that wants to listen what I think about Mister Twister fillet knives. First of all, I have used one of there knives for a very long time. (maybe 20 years) I recently bought another on because I had basically wore my last one out. Nothing last forever. I brought some walleyes home from the days fishing trip and opened up my new knife. I put in the blades, and started to fillet the first fish. I realized there was something very wrong. Somewhat disappointed, I called the phone number provided in the package the knife came in. I spoke with a very customer focused young lady named Lisa. She instructed me to send in the knife, and told me she would send it back in a carry case to make up for my shipping. To my surprise, a package showed up at my door less than a week after I had sent it. I opened the package. The knife, and the carry case was inside along with an explanation of what they had done to the knife. That was a week ago. I went fishing yesterday, and brought home a few walleyes. I pulled the knife out, and it preformed perfectly. Thanks again Lisa, and Mister Twister for not only make a superior electric knife, but for the excellent customer service. James, Melrose MN.

I have been using the electric fisherman knife for over twenty years and it has give me great service. A friend of mine was using another brand and I let him use mine and he bought him a Mister Twister knife also. On the first fish he cleaned with the new knife the trigger fell out broke in two pieces. I let him use mine to finish. I had recomended him to buy the knife so I told him I would call the company to see about getting it fixed. I called and told them the problem and they apoligized and said they would put me a new triger in the mail if I thought I could put it in. I called on a monday and a new trigger was in my mailbox on thursday free of charge. I had someone answer the phone when I called insted of a recording, and I have never been treated better by any company. This is a good company with good customer service to go with it. It was the Minnesota Opener ,fishin was slow on our lake but managed to get one.My 16 yr. old duaghter asked if she could clean it, of course I said sure! We were ready to start but the Electric Fisherman just couldnt do it,I guess after 10 yrs or so it finally gave out, it had cleaned many many fish....we then had no choice but to use the ol' rapala,and to make a long story short my daughter informed me she was not cleaning fish for me again till I got a new Mister Twister Electric Fisherman, thanks for a great product!
