Gike Grand – Detroit, Michigan

Lure: Exude™ Trout Worm

Fish Caught: Bass, Largemouth - Bluegill (Bream, Brim) - Crappie (Black)

Long line trolling the bright yellow Trout Worm on a 1/16oz. jighead is a great way to locate schooling crappies on warm summer evenings. A 7-foot light to medium light action rod with a long cast spinning reel is good for both trolling and for casting at fish once they are located. Spool up with thin diameter braided line and a 2-3ft. leader of 2lb. fluorocarbon line. Also expect jumbo 'gills and largemouth bass.

Lure: Tri-Alive™ Sassy Shad®

Fish Caught: Bass, Largemouth - Bass, Smallmouth

Great lure for bass! The tail drives bass crazy and they really eat this bait up! The only fish you'll catch with these are lunkers. My favorite color is baby bass, and I think it is because of the chartreuse and brown/green mixed into it. Rig it onto a 1/4 oz. jig head, or rig it Texas or with a weighted keeper hook these baits catch!

Lure: 1¼" Nymph

Fish Caught: Bluegill (Bream, Brim) - Crappie (Black)

This is a great lure for slab crappie and monster bluegill. The most effective colors are chartreuse flake, and brown/yellow. Rig it on a 1/16 oz. jig head and vertical jig over structure, and hang on! The three tails wave up and down like tube, creating lots of action!

Lure: 5" Comida

Fish Caught: Bass, Largemouth

This is the best lure I've ever used in my life. In under an hour, I've caught more than ten 5-pounder bass in Lake Carnegie. I use the watermelon seed color.

Lure: Saltwater Jigheads

Fish Caught: Redfish

This is the most weedless saltwater jig that I have ever used. Hooks fish very well too, most of the fish, trout or redfish that I catch using this jig head are hooked very solidly.
Sheds saltwater grasses like crazy and hooks fish too.
